Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define feature requirements and deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure.
- Engage in our structured mentorship program tailored specifically for the 2026 graduate cohort.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date in Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Experience with web frameworks (React, Angular, or Spring Boot) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a product-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
