Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate actively in peer code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
- Engage in our comprehensive onboarding and mentorship program tailored for new graduates.
Qualifications
- Expected graduation date in Spring/Summer 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented, collaborative mindset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
