Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core system architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging technologies such as Neural Interfaces and Quantum Encryption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of AI researchers and hardware engineers to translate theoretical models into production-grade software.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain system integrity.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term R&D projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, distributed systems, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing for future-proof scalability.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
