- Horizon Scanning: Conduct rigorous analysis of global trends, emerging technologies, and economic shifts relevant to the 2026-2030 timeframe.
- Scenario Planning: Develop and model multiple future scenarios to assess risks and opportunities for the organization.
- Strategic Roadmaps: Translate foresight insights into actionable strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data and future projections to diverse stakeholders in a compelling, non-technical format.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to identify disruptive technologies that could redefine our core business.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies and geopolitical landscapes to anticipate market movements.
- Annual Foresight Reports: Author comprehensive reports on the future landscape, influencing board-level decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Strategic Planning, Futurism, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, futurism, or advanced strategic planning.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and trend analysis software.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to synthesize large amounts of unstructured data into clear, actionable insights.
- Communication: Proven track record of influencing senior leadership through persuasive storytelling and data-driven arguments.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and managing high-level uncertainty.
- Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
