Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and lead a global futurist network within the organization
- Author white papers on disruptive technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020s technology impact predictions
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
