Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Partner with R&D to align innovation portfolios with future market opportunities
- Design and execute 'Future Labs' to stress-test strategies against disruptive scenarios
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish global networks of futurists and domain experts for intelligence gathering
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on future trends or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
