- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners and thought leaders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal change management
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in enterprise environments
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech trends
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic frameworks
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MSF, MSc Innovation, or equivalent)
