Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, code, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and implement effective solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Deployment: Assist in the deployment of applications to production environments and monitor system health.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or Python. Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
