Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to predict policy outcomes and optimize public services
- Analyze large-scale federal healthcare datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating complex findings into executive-level recommendations
- Develop scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with 2+ years working with federal or healthcare data
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions to government clients
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into policy recommendations
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Security clearance eligibility or current clearance preferred
