Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system and brand guidelines across all projects.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and external clients effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
