Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a proactive individual who can take ownership of the design process from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and high-fidelity wireframes/mockups using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into visual designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Optimize user journeys for maximum engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the tech or digital agency sector.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic prototyping is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
