Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps
- Create user-centered designs using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI design skills
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Ability to work in agile development environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications
