Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D animations for digital campaigns, product interfaces, and social media content.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to produce frame-perfect motion.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and technical constraints.
- Review and refine animations based on stakeholder feedback to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Maintain and update the design library with new assets, techniques, and best practices.
- Assist in storyboarding and rough layouts to visualize complex scenes before production.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character animation.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating proficiency in timing, spacing, and visual storytelling.
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Illustrator.
- Understanding of basic principles of physics and animation in a 2D space.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven agency environment.
