Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system across all platforms.
- Advocate for user needs and accessibility standards in every project.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience with HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
