Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-fidelity 2D interactive user interfaces and visual assets for web and mobile platforms.
- Create complex 2D animations and motion graphics using modern web technologies (HTML5, Canvas, CSS3).
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, and frontend developers to ensure design fidelity and technical feasibility.
- Optimize 2D graphics and animations for performance, ensuring fast load times across all devices.
- Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback to maximize engagement and retention.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative deliverables.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, motion graphics, or interactive design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D illustration and interactive web design capabilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web performance optimization.
- Experience with motion libraries (GSAP, Three.js) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
