Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior 2D Motion Designer to join the elite creative team at Vertex Creative Labs. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-end 2D motion graphics for web, mobile, and interactive installations.
- Create storyboards, animatics, and final animations using industry-standard software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure motion assets align with product goals and design systems.
- Optimize animation files for performance and seamless playback across various devices and browsers.
- Stay abreast of the latest motion design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve our creative output.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative concepts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Premiere Pro is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and spacing.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of motion projects, including character animation, UI motion, and kinetic typography.
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
