Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Strategy, identifying emerging tech trends and integrating them into our core product lines.
- Lead architecture design for high-availability, scalable systems capable of future growth.
- Oversee the development of Artificial Intelligence and data-driven features that enhance user experience.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality, security standards, and performance benchmarks are met across all engineering projects.
- Drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and data engineering pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transitions and product launches.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
