Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, quantum-ready neural network architectures for 2026 applications.
- Lead the migration of legacy machine learning models to next-generation inference engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) integration.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols for AI safety, ethics, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced algorithms and hardware acceleration.
- Optimize model latency and throughput for edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning engineering, specifically with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proficiency in low-level programming languages (Rust, C++, or CUDA).
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) or cloud-based quantum simulators.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
