Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, anticipating technological shifts and preparing our systems for the 2026 landscape.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures capable of handling enterprise-grade data processing and real-time analytics.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype emerging technologies, including generative AI, predictive modeling, and autonomous systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and define technical strategies that align with business goals for the next 3-5 years.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
