Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-reliability spacecraft systems for the 2026 Lunar Mission.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in the development of propulsion and navigation subsystems.
- Define technical standards and best practices for autonomous flight operations.
- Conduct rigorous system-level risk assessments and failure mode analysis.
- Collaborate with mission control to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders and government agencies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry.
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects with multi-million dollar budgets.
- Deep knowledge of C++, Python, and embedded systems development.
- Experience with satellite communication protocols and autonomous navigation algorithms.
- Certification in Systems Engineering (e.g., CSEP) is a plus.
