Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term strategic goals and the emerging trends of the 2026 niche.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and PoCs (Proof of Concepts) for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI agentic workflows and spatial computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient system architectures that can handle the demands of future data loads and user interfaces.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams to drive decision-making.
- Partnerships & Innovation: Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships with startups leading the charge in the 2026 tech space.
- Future-Proofing: Implement frameworks that ensure our current infrastructure remains relevant and adaptable through 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and AI/ML integration.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated expertise in predicting and leveraging technological shifts (e.g., Web3, Quantum Readiness, Generative AI evolution).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Problem Solving: A history of solving ambiguous, undefined problems and driving innovation in greenfield projects.
