Responsibilities
- Design and implement proprietary quantum machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software for quantum processors.
- Lead architectural decisions for the 2026 Quantum Cloud Platform.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum physics and AI to drive innovation.
- Define and execute the roadmap for quantum integration in our existing AI products.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and complex software development.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Experience with classical supercomputing or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
