Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Linux and Windows server infrastructure.
- Oversee system performance monitoring, security patches, and automated backups to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical infrastructure issues and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive data.
- Document system architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Systems Administration or IT Operations.
- Strong proficiency in managing Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
