Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core architecture for the System 2026 platform, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Cloud Strategy: Oversee the migration and optimization of workloads to cloud-native environments, leveraging AWS or Azure.
- Technical Guidance: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across the development team, enforcing best practices and coding standards.
- Performance Tuning: Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance to support high-scale enterprise traffic.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Stack: Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Go, or Python) and frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and driving technical initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
