Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 2020s innovation impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI ethics, or climate-tech convergence
- Published thought leadership on post-2025 technological disruption
- Experience securing $50M+ budgets for experimental tech initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurism preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for emerging market tech diplomacy
