- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning engineering capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning models into core products.
- Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to ensure seamless scalability for future growth.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify emerging tech trends and assess their potential impact on the industry.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous delivery.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices to reduce deployment times and enhance system reliability.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for research and development projects focused on futuristic tech stacks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technical projects ahead of schedule.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Microservices.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate industry shifts up to 3 years in advance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing diverse teams across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
