Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models for production environments.
- Lead a team of ML engineers in optimizing model inference and latency.
- Collaborate with product managers to define AI-driven feature roadmaps.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of emerging AI trends (e.g., Multimodal AI).
- Establish best practices for data governance and model explainability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs or transformer architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
