Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Mentor other engineers, participate in architecture discussions, and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Ensure application security and compliance with internal and external standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack or backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go, along with experience in front-end frameworks.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching technologies (Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
