Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers on best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.

- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
