Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for AWS infrastructure
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Optimize system performance with 99.95% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech community engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-level backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, and containerization
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
