Job Summary
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code that meets business requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks to optimize application performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Node.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
