Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and integrations
- Lead Salesforce platform optimization and performance tuning initiatives
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX and DevOps best practices
- Manage sandboxes and maintain robust testing frameworks
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive user guides
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, SOQL)
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification required
- Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governance
- Immediate availability to start work (no notice period)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
