Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure code scalability, security, and maintainability across the full stack.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and propose strategic solutions to improve system architecture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
