Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using Go and Kubernetes

- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Terraform
- Drive security best practices across distributed systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and distributed systems
- Proven track record with AWS and container orchestration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Experience leading technical projects from conception to deployment
