- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Strong AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3)
- Proven track record of delivering scalable cloud solutions
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience with CI/CD pipeline knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
