Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and security
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical roadmaps
- Resolve production issues and implement preventive measures
- Contribute to architectural decisions and design patterns
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and REST APIs
- Strong AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Proficiency with SQL databases and NoSQL technologies
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
