Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 150+ employees across multiple locations
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Lead IT security initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations and upgrades
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical business systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Azure AZ-104
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with complex hardware/software issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional on-site visits
