- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure 100/100 Lighthouse scores.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex wireframes into stunning, functional user interfaces.
- CI/CD Implementation: Streamline deployment pipelines and maintain automated testing environments to reduce downtime.
- Technical Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in React, Vue.js, or Angular; deep understanding of CSS3, SASS, and modern layout techniques.
- Architecture: Experience with state management (Redux, Vuex, Context API) and component libraries.
- Agile Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments with tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
