Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and applications.
- Maintain and update the IT inventory and asset management records.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement network upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to start work immediately.
- High school diploma or GED required.
