Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and serverless computing
- Proficient in database optimization (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
