Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema opportunities.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value growth opportunities.
- Manage on-page optimization, meta tagging, and content architecture.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console; provide actionable insights.
- Build and manage a high-quality backlink profile through white-hat outreach and relationship building.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a technical or agency setting.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical implementation.
- Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be currently located in the San Diego area or willing to relocate immediately.
