What You Will Do:
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will be the architect of our digital presence. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and creative content strategy to dominate search rankings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to target high-intent search terms and drive organic traffic growth.
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns and authority building.
- Analyze complex web analytics data using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to measure performance and inform optimization tactics.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website architecture and copy.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure long-term SEO health.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings.
- Expert knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
