Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Strategic Vision for the organization, aligning technology with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to forecast market shifts.
- Lead cross-functional roadmapping sessions to prioritize initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term tech investments.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure budget and resources for future projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting.
- Proven track record of long-term strategic planning (5+ year horizons).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets over $1M and leading large-scale cross-functional teams.
