Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for AI/quantum applications
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement future-ready solutions
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-AI collaboration
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum products to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Strong publication record in top-tier tech journals or conferences
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding or grants
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of advanced technologies
- Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder communication skills
