Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for 2026 Winter Olympic infrastructure and operational initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability.
- Identify and mitigate risks across all project phases, from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with international partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and stakeholder briefs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or large-scale event industries.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
