Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end logistics for stadium operations, fan zones, and training facilities.
- Coordinate with international vendors to ensure compliance with FIFA standards and local regulations.
- Develop and implement crisis management and contingency plans for large-scale crowd control.
- Manage the on-site deployment and supervision of event staff, security teams, and medical personnel.
- Analyze operational data to optimize workflow efficiency and improve the spectator experience.
- Liaise with government bodies and city planners regarding infrastructure and transportation logistics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in large-scale event management or sports operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex logistics.
- Strong knowledge of FIFA event protocols, safety regulations, and stadium operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to command authority and respect in high-pressure situations.
