Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, market research, and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
- Analyze market trends, competitor data, and user feedback to drive product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress through regular sprint reviews, demos, and executive presentations.
- Drive the roadmap prioritization process, balancing immediate business needs with long-term strategic objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product releases.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex B2B or B2C products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Lean Product Development.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud infrastructure is a plus.
