Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models focused on the 2026 ecosystem.
- Optimize deep learning inference pipelines for real-time latency requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps) to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Experiment with novel architectures to push the boundaries of NLP and Computer Vision.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
