Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready APIs and microservices.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) to establish industry thought leadership.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs for edge deployment on next-gen hardware.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and ethical AI development.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Reinforcement Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and architecture.
- Proven track record of publishing research and contributing to open-source AI communities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
