Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and model architectures for NLP, Computer Vision, and Recommendation Engines.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize models for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency in high-volume production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends (e.g., LLMs, RAG, Fine-tuning) and evaluate their applicability to our product roadmap.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical ML solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Infrastructure: Ensure seamless integration with our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s with significant industry experience is acceptable).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Core Tech: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience designing and deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure ML).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex mathematical problems and optimize algorithms for performance.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
